Coaching Programs

We use physical training to process emotional pain, because the body remembers what the mind tries to forget.  We work toward healing by linking physical exertion to emotional breakthroughs 

1-to-1 Coaching: Personalised sessions combining HIIT, boxing, and emotional reflection.  

  • Focus: Physical fitness, anger release, and emotional triggers.  

  • Levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced.  

  • Includes: Upper-body, lower-body, core, cardio, and full-body circuits.  


Boxing Integration: Partnership with Selby Amateur Boxing Club for skill development.  

  • Fundamentals (4 Weeks): Master basic movements, build consistency  

  • Conditioning (7 Weeks): Advanced HIIT, circuits, mental endurance  

  • Transformation (12 Weeks): Full integration of fitness, discipline and purpose 


Discipline Camp: Partnership with Fitness4Kids CIC & Manhood Academy Global to deliver structured fitness programs to instil a disciplined mindset and promote youth fitness and mental resilience. 

  • 4-Week Program (Fundamentals): Master basic bodyweight movements and introductory dumbbell techniques.  

  • 7-Week Program (Conditioning): Intensify workouts with advanced HIIT routines and weighted circuits.  

  • 12-Week Program (Full Transformation): Comprehensive training combining HIIT, dumbbell circuits, and discipline drills for peak fitness. 

(All participants complete a PAR-Q health screening - safety comes first)
